Yoga for the HANDS – Teens


The various hand Mudras (hand locks) presented in this book are thousands of years old. Time tested gestures which lock the vital life force energy (Prana). Re-channeling this energy and moving it a positive way to heal, relax or energize our body and mind, ultimately, bringing us into our center and allowing for our true nature to be experienced – that of compassion to our self and towards others.

A fun addition to this book is our blinking gloves. They help to get the full attention of the teens and aid the learning process.
